Today is a very fun day for me. Today is my moms birthday. I love this day because I get to make an amazing cake for her. I unfortunately, didn’t get a picture before my family ate half of it. No regrets, I can never get the icing to look good. I just wanted to say happy birthday to my, very loved, mom.

I love fettucine alfredo(I can’t believe I actually spelled that right!). Its delicious. And, with my help, simple.

8 ounces cream cheese

3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup milk

8 ounces fettucine, cook and drain

In a large saucepan combine cream cheese, parmesan, butter, and milk, stirring until smooth. Toss pasta with sauce, coating well.

The leftovers freeze very well.
