“Did you stir the sauce?” You would not believe how much I hear this. I have the attention span of a cockroach. I have too many pans with burned crap stuck to the bottom to count. I found out about this trick from my “mee maw”. She came over to our house for mothers day. If you have burned bits stuck to the bottom of your pans, try this;
1-cover theĀ bottom of the burned pan with baking soda( not too much, just enough to barely cover the bottom)
2- fill the pan halfway full with water
3- boil the water, the whole time scraping the bottom of the pan to pull up the burned bits
4- wash out with warm water
