Iced grapes

1 pound seedless green, red,or black grapes

Wash and dry grapes. Place in a Ziplock baggie and freeze for 2-3 hours. Serve as soon as frozen. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.

Strawberry Smoothie

1 10 ounce package frozen unsweetened strawberries,thawed
2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
1 quart sugar free ginger ale

Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. mix until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Garnish with a strawberry. Makes 6(1 1/4 cup) servings.
